Software development on based on PMP

Our experiences with realization of complex software systems have shown, that it is impossible to know or even exactly describe all requirements for the system at the start of the project. A practicable solution for this problem is to use a regularized and approved standard for the project management.

PMP, Project Management Professional is an American standard, which is also well known and popular across Europe. PMP is not specialized for IT projects but of course the essential projects steps are similar in various projects. The basic structures for project organization provided by PMP and our experience coming from numerous IT projects helps to define individual tasks, which have to be completed by the developer team.

In this process many single processes are initialized, leading to defined documentation, which can be used as input information to the subsequent process. With this systematic development of the documentation the structure of objectives will be more and more concretely defined. This iterative approach will help our customers and indirectly help ISOGON as a provider.

….if you have vague ideas or can provide concrete functional specifications about your software  project, these will be very important for our approach. In both cases it will cost time and effort to provide a proper analysis for the desired system. In doing so we will compile a general qualification profile, conceptional preliminary work and pragmatic design suggestions.

The result will be a basis for the coming realization phase. Tasks and work packages can be derived and assigned from this preliminary work.

If required we will provide the realization team or realize the tasks ourselves at a fixed price. Subsequently we can offer you integration, training, maintenance, and hotline services for your project. As soon as you need expansion or interfaces to other systems, we will realize or program the technical possibilities. Of course we will then benefit from the prepared software architecture.
